About Me

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, York University. I received my Ph.D. from the School of Computing at Queen’s University, MMath and BMath degrees from the David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science at the University of Waterloo. During my Ph.D. studies, I worked at the BlackBerry (RIM) to ensure the performance, scalability and reliability of several ultra large mission-critical systems used by millions of users worldwide.

My research interests are:  software performance engineering, mining software repositories, source code analysis, software architectural recovery, software visualizations and debugging and monitoring of distributed systems.
